On the way, we had to overcome many challenges: Russia's huge territory, administrative barriers, lack of developed infrastructure (transport links and warehouses), imperfection of the vehicle monitoring software, investor reluctance to get involved in this area ("long money"), few competent professionals in transportation and warehousing - all these factors acted as a hindrance to GTK Gusar. But those challenges were exciting, because we knew that we were solving them for the sake of the convenience of our customers.
